All payments must be received by us prior to shipping unless the order is placed by using cash on delivery (cod) payment mode. Currently, COD mode of payment is not available, we will contact you to provide more offline payment option. As part of the verification process to avoid any fraudulent transactions Payment gateway provider may ask for copies of the card through which transaction has been done and ID proof.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you upon the confirmation of the orders we received. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Mostly, all the orders are shipped from our end as per the promised shipment date; however, there may be some unforeseen circumstances, which may affect the shipment or the delivery estimates. Customs and VAT
For UAE, deliveries, all associated charges will be at actuals as per the law. Return of products by you
We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product, damaged during transit, incomplete package. Subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 72 hours from the date of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned should be unused and should be in its original packaging with seal unaltered.
However, in the case of transit damages, the issue has to be reported within 24 hours, after which we may not be able to accept the complaint.

- The item(s) must be returned in their original condition including the original packaging and all accessories. The packaging must not have any markings. Returns missing accessories will be rejected.
- Non-returnable items: Software Customized products Media: labels, ribbons, receipt paper, printheads, card stock, RFID tags, etc.
- Returns/Exchange will be provided after we receive the item be exchanged/returned. The customer has to return the item to our nearest location which will be communicated thru email
The return policy is not valid for Accessories and Consumables. If one comes across an issue with these products, they are advised to contact our customer support team within 24 hours. We will try to resolve the complaint in the best possible manner; however, it’s not guaranteed that we’ll be able to provide replacement/refund request.
- Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)

- Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (use of running shoes for court sports or hiking footwear as work boots, etc.
- Damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer or digital content such as e-books are not returnable at all.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
